In Uzbek Kopkari is "business of many people", in the rest of Central Asia it is Buzkashi "catch the sheep" and indeed this is; you have to grab the "uloq" (a sheep carcass) thrown by the referee and, all against everyone, take it away from the competition enclosure to win the match; today as in the time of the Mongols of Genghis Khan, when the competition was reserved for knights who competed for enemies captured in battle
